The highest is 40% faster recovery for owner and spouse while there are in the area with the home and 33% faster recovery for guests (projected cost to reach this level of home upgrades= 550k)
a) Recovery Extensions
1) Bedchamber. 20000 gold. The increase in recovery is 15% for the owner, 10% of the guests. Allows for the spouse (s) to live in it.
2) Tea Room. 30000 gold. The increase in recovery is 20% for the owner, 12% for the guests.
3) Drinking room. 50000 gold. The increase in recovery is 25% for the owner, 15% for the guests.
4) Canteen. 100000 gold. The increase in recovery - 30% owner, 20% for the guests.
5) Tavern. 200000 gold. The increase in recovery - 35% owner, 25% for the guests.
6) The Wine Cellar. 350000 gold. The increase in recovery - 40% owner, 33% for the guests.
The total is 750k, not 550k, did I misunderstand anything? |

Ok. This is the one for me. Fits my current state of mind quite well.
How about 75k for a Drinking balcony with ever-lasting sunset and a few years' supply of well aged single malt scotch? |

Low and medium level players may not have enought gold.
High have gold, but often change faction, after change thay lose most battles (lose ambush = wait 1h, lose merc. = quest wait 20-40 min, lose hunt = wait ~30 min).
Realy faster recovery is need? |
for LEVY:
The higher level ones buy the house so that they can do tournaments (if any) or events faster since they recover faster and some events have no maximum times you can participate in. Faster recovery = more battles = more xp/fsp and more glory to your War Clan (if any)
The lower level players would be the source of income for the higher level players since they are the ones that are renting the rooms and paying the higher level players. |

WOW ... 40% faster for about 1.5kk gold (750k from upgrades and 750k from bidding)... which means I will be ready in 9min instead of 15...
only issue I see is: if I loose a thieving I need to wait anyway 1h ... If I hunt, I need to wait 1h ... If I do MQ, in the best case I need to wait 20min...
So, usefulness is limited to tournments and maybe war clans if they require intensive fighting ...
I think I rather go for some enchanting... |

You need to buy a Receptionist for 50k. Then the rooms can be rented out while you're offline.

so another 550k to host guest ... 150k for the trophy hall ... and other money for inventory capacity ... so, you could end up spending 2.5kk gold ...

Faster hp and mana recovery, allow you fight more offten.
But all (ambush, quests, hunts) don't cover battle cost for used arts, more not all you can win and get gold.
GB it's only cost, no profits in gold.
And you can enroll only 1 per hour.
You must but diamonds, if you wanna make more battles. |
If you start knight/wiz/necro/elf/barb at high level there is almost nothing you can win for a long time (it's a bit different for DE and Demon, these factions can start to win ambushs quite quickly).
So duel mini AP can be a good way to make fast FSP => from my experience 0,3 to 0,6 for the looser and about 1 for the winner. A duel mini AP lasts about 10-15 min.
If you can regen faster, you can play more duels, you just needs to find a good friend to play with :p
So in my opinion, using house is also interesting to play a lot of quick fights (in mini AP not so costly).
