You're missing the point. You're trying to say that admins took away your TGI because they blocked the cheater who was using it, when in fact lost TGI is your fault. Have you not seen that your client was a multicheater? Have you not checked the rules for what happens to them? It's like saying 'Whoa! I put my hand in fire and got burned! That's not fair!'
Who is asking here directly the administrators?
You created a topic in QaH describing your situation, and then complained on lack of action. I pointed out that such matters are settled via PM with Secretary, not in QaH forum.

| I think the thing is clear. If I donated money to this game, I wouldn't rent them this risky. It was like handing the money to a person you don't know. If I put arts to rent, I can set in what time and condition they will be returned. In this case, there's no guarantee. |
| I am sorry but I have big problem with word "rent". The sentence should have probably been "I wouldn't give(put) them to rent this risky" ... but maybe you natives understand us anyway :-)) |
| I do not quite understand why these "cheaters" are not dealt with the same way. Why one gets blocked after 3 weeks and the other can keep the TGI for more than 2 months? |

He is an interesting example but there are others I think. So it means that when nobody is looking you can cheat? Is it then considered a gift or something? Just hope then that the price of TGI doesnt exceed 30% of wealth. All those players penalised for financial assistance could say, "he just loaned me the money and I didnt return a penny, but you cant do anything about it because he didnt post in CaA."
Lets come to the point when we must answer a question. Is the law being forced without any consideration about doing damage to the victim or is TGI renting a hole in rules, so you can only punish someone when the victim posts into CaA?
Violation of rules 3.13.1; 3.13.6 of the General rules. It means the level 7 Doctor_Etk was an additional char and thats the reason for his block. Not that I care but the penalty seem to differ from player to player. |
