Thanks to everyone who has used my smith. I am able to repair 60% for you right now, and the price has been change to 50% of the original repair cost.
You are welcome to our smith to repair your broken arts. As I said before, it always cheaper than buying a new one.:)
My smith has a limit of 2 arts per member per day right now. You can pay only 50% of the repair cost to repair 60% of the max durability in our clan. Plz send your money and art to our smith, binghuo, following the instruction here:
1) Click on the name of your artifact to see its description page and find the original repairing cost at the bottom of the page.
2) Calculate the repairing cost as (50% * original repairing cost), then transfer the gold to binghuo, and note as "repair cost for ?". Plz remember to put the name of your art on the note.
3) Click the "transfer" link of this artifact under the name of your artifact, and in the "Item transaction" page fill in the form as follows:
Enter character name: binghuo
Golds: 1
Transfer with recall in: 1 days, 0 combats and "Allow repairing".
On the other hand, our another smith, zea, will be able to repair 40% for you in one week. :) |

Rent time: 4 weeks.
Payment under the contract:
1000 gold per day;

Prepaid: 10,000 gold to Vitosik (renting fee for first 10 days);
Penalty under the contract: 500000 or blocking (in default to pay the penalty).

The rent contract:
I “Nickname”, lease the thieves' invitation from Vitosik, for a period of 4 weeks.
When I get 1 level thieves guild, I'll send to him first art of thief.
When I get 2 level thieves guild, I'll return new one thieves' invitation with second art of thief and 1000 gold per day (- 10,000 gold prepaid).
If I do not execute the treaty provision I agree punishment in the form of the penalty 500000 or blocking (in default to pay the penalty).

---------- New thief invitation (TGI) renting term ---------------
As we have three thief invitations in our clan now, we are able to give a longer renting time for all of our clan members.
From now on, the renting time is 4 weeks for all members, 1000 gold per day.
You return the new TGI and the two thief arts in 4 weeks. If you return TGI in 2 weeks, you get one thief art back.
If you are not able to return TGI in 4 weeks, you will be fined 300,000 gold.
BTW, the sequence of our waiting list is based on:
1. clan title rank
2. combat lvl
3. how long have you join our clan

---------------- New Tax System -------------
Our clan vote is end, and the new tax system is passed.
The weekly tax will be based on your Laborers' guild level: 500*n gold (n= Laborers' guild level. If n = 0, your pay 500 gold tax per week).
You are able to get tax discount based on your clan title:
Member, Stone Dragon and Iron Dragon: no discount
Bronze Dragon: 20% discount
Silver Dragon: 40% discount
Golden Dragon: 60% discount
Platinum Dragon: 80% discount
Diamond Dragon and Angelic Dragon: 100% discount. TAX FREE
The new tax system and discount will start from the first Monday of next month (Nov. 3rd, 2008).
Before Nov. 3rd, 2008, you pay the tax under our old system. You are also able to pay future tax in advance as many weeks as you want under the old system. But you need to make the in-advance payment before Nov. 3rd, 2008.
FYI, all tax should be transfer to our Treasurer: dougdandan, and note as “ tax of ? weeks”.
