| I belive even 1 day of ban for such a short history is too much, and giving a ban of 2 Months for creating titles like amanda or antos is too EXCESSIVE. |
I have refrained from posting in this thread so far as to avoid getting entangled in discussions . But to answer dan's question :
Cooum's ban cannot be lifted by a moderator , to lift a ban we need to give a shorter ban . Then the shorter ban will overwrite the longer ban . But since cooum has not got any post anywhere , how can he be given a short ban to lift the older one ? |

Well I guess cooum is out for 2 month with a ban history of 1 time banned. Wow
If thats not abusing power, I wonder what is abusing

Another moderator just pointed out a loophole in the system which allows a ban to be given on the same post . I have removed the excess ban and given a warning .
So that's it , case closed . A mistake was done , and rectified . No need to discuss over it now . |
1) Around the 15th of April Pang deleted quite a number of G&C threads which broke no rules! Why?
2) Yesterday or Today my legal and valid post in a congratulations thread for Rutiger was deleted by an unknown moderator! Who was this and why?

You tell the ban was excessive and that it was a mistake. That's good to know.
So far, the ONLY reply made by Queen_Amanda on this matter was two days ago:

Apparently, your action confirms that there's no witch hunt at all, just an abuse of power that has been corrected.
She's online 16 hours a day, don't tell me she hasn't read all the literature written here.
If she genuinely admits in this thread that she went too far and excuse herself, I'm ready to consider the case closed. But so far, she expressed nothing than veiled threats and silence. |

Can't think who. Someone that wouldn't admit they'd done the wrong thing and refused to answer questions. Might have been an ex-Moderator. Now where would we find someone like that?

In order.
- Your link to the rules Sven invented shows his thread which was created well after these threads were deleted in Q1).
- In Q2) as far as can be seen (maybe others were deleted too) this thread is the ONLY one which received any sort of punishment despite their being many more which broke these rules. The thread was originally closed and it is only much later it was deleted.
- No one told me you are the only one who can delete topics. But Sven91 told me you are the one who DID delete the topics I am referring to. If he did not tell me the truth then I apologise to you but I cant see any reason for him to have lied to me over this.
We all though the days of secret raids in the night and the disappearance of whole threads was gone. Please dont try and take us back there! |

Sven91 deemed your ban incorrect and removed it soon after it was given.
Arctic deemed your ban an abuse of postion and created this thread (though not just for this abuse) soon after it.

Actually, forum software collapse pointless sequence of spaces like the ones you wrote in your title, so I had to put dot to "make them appear". But I provide a link to your message and there's even a picture of it later in the thread.
Of course the link says nothing new to *you* since it mostly reveals all the private messages you sent to me. But others are certainly interested, as the hit count proves. |
