Yup, that one recruit will enable us to wipe the floor against- say DE. Having said that, I have some some thoughts.
For a pure might build, if we delay moving with griff s and cavalry till the guardians go forward, will that help? I'll try when I shift to knight. Problem with knights are that the troops, due to a wide difference in initiative, fight alone. |

you can try to use fervor built to push your guardians faster to tag with your cavalry. |

I've found that its best to have griff dive somewhere that cavalry can help that way they can fight together, depending on how long your range lives use them to weaken troops and thin numbers, and then guards come in and clean house cause they usually aren't touched and with rage only get more powerful as your army shrinks. just some thoughts. |

not much a level 4 knight can do :(
in higher levels, it will be more balanced
just stay away from wizards |
you can do better after level 5 with griffin due to high initiative.
but, higher level will give you more tolerance against wiz |
