Distributed denial of service.
It basically is an attempt to overload server processing capacity or clog trasfer bandwith by sending simultanously invalid requests and data from a large number of malware infected computers. The result is that the object of an attack cannot process valid requests to use its services, because its resources are depleted by those invalid ones.

after some time in the net I found my excuse to use the link provided by Maszi_PL for entering the russian server
the ip is connected to this firm and who wants to read about it here is the link
