I won it once without any enchantments, but my generated AI partner, had massive enchantments both for weapons and armor. I got lucky, I guess. Otherwise it's rather impossible to win without any magical items. |
| I have won it twice just leasing the enchanted sword of might from the art store w no other enchanted arts. I was also doing the tournament alot trying to grind up steppe barb fsp when they were new. |

There are many more battle modes on .ru than here plus lots of events with relatively low exp and high fsp rewards. Furthermore, for some time they have way better fsp to exp ratio in thieves guild ambushes. There you get 3-4k exp tops and around 1.6-1.7 faction skill points per successful battle with a caravan. Here at levels 12-14 you get 10-14k exp tops and 1 faction point per successful caravan ambush.
Conclusion: russian server players have better conditions to get high fsp levels on lower combat levels.
Take my character - I have slightly under 4000 fsp total at level 14 (I did that mostly by hunting, questing and ambushing).
That barbarian chick has more than 6000 fsp total, and her exp is somewhere between 2/3 and 3/4 of mine. |

I understand the faction ability, how the creatures level up with their fury
But what is this i read about them absorbing damage from other creatures?

faction potion can help here. When someone uses it with for example fsl 1 and does a pvp combat against someone with fsl 9, his fsl will increase to 8. |
