For Techno. It is rage. Follow the links in #4270 to learn more about it. When you units attack and hero does war cries your troops build up rage points. As troops build up rage points they get buffs and special abilities. These can be extra hit points, extra damage, double strike, gain the no retaliation ability to name a few. Each unit has 3 levels they can attain. When your units get attacked they lose a percentage of rage points instead hit points. Racial skill level determines the amount of hp lost vs the amount of rage points lost.

Please rephrase it. From ru racial info:
In addition, points of Rage absorb some of the damage caused by the detachment, while reducing by a certain amount. To absorb the damage depends on the skill level of the Steppe Barbarian and is 50% + 2% * ability. |

| So im probably a little slow. Im struggling to hire an army using crystals. I choose who I want in my army and then click hire and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong. The battles page says I must hire an army before I can join a battle. |

| same thing happens to me. choose the faction you want to take and press reload and as page is loading immediately click hire button. In this you will only hire tier 1 units but believe they are much better than others and do not forget to increase troop bonus parameter. |
| Looks like its a problem with google chrome. I swapped from google chrome to firefox and was able to hire units. Fire fox does not have an auto translate so so you need to memorize where the units you want are and then you can hire them. |
