Is it an ap issue?? 48 ap with shop arts only. Sometimes Ill have an art on thats not a shop art and it throws me off. Good luck |
Can someone give me a link for all .ru councilors? I tried to find all of them, but I just managed to get the dwarf and wizard ones. They are pretty nice, especially because they did some PvPs =)
I'm still curious about it :P

They do not have councilors. The councilors are unique to the .com storyline and were only created after Skunder's Chronicles.
Those two characters you have provided links to are not councilors... Just general administration characters who have been used in unique events over there. |

But like our councilors they appear often in the story in official announcements. The dwarf is the king of dwarves and the wiz is like our Councilor Bilir the head of the academy.

They have another faction on ru.
The player SanD and some other players have this faction but you can not chose it from the registration.
What is this faction? |
| i think it is steppe barbarians (havent played on .ru in a long time but they had some test battles with them a few months ago, so its most likely that was the next faction to come out). |
