Author | How do they get double FSP? |
I am telling that there's opportunities to be explored.
now you getting the point...=)
Let me ask you this... Are you happy with this system?
don't really bother... im more pve player hardly do pvp...hate pvp actually...
Do you think they're perfect and flawless?
certainly not...
Do you think it could be improved and tweaked in a way that would benefit more people?
sure...
Do you believe that this current system could possibly benefit you the most,
nope i'm just a minimal donor... only bought 4 chest so far...
and there isn't another way to benefit you and others as well?
sure lots of ideas and suggestions can be made i made quite a number myself gave up real soon as i realised nobody really listens...xp
Since this is your main concern, after all.
my main concern is that this game does not become money negative for the devs to a point that they shut down this game, anything else that isn't too disruptive to the game goes...=) | nope i'm just a minimal donor... only bought 4 chest so far...
Then it would definitely benefit you, since no longer over pumped players from chests would exist.

But this game is going in a direction to shut down, regardless of any change of fsp reward. How many times per year the admins are giving discount or special items reward? And how many times it happened in the past?
All the recent updates without exception are to directly or indirectly to incetive donations.
This game is stactic, didn't changed in years, except from the alt factions, it didn't brought any new revolucionary feature (please don't mention AG, such a garbage thing.), on top of that HoMM series are also dying, because Heroes VI was a huge failure, filled with bugs not fixed even today, boring as hell too, heroes VII also has a good share of bugs, the AI is unexistent, the amount of factions was cut off... All this contribute to less and less people interested in the heroes of might and magic universe, thus it will reflect on this game, because less people will search from HoMM online games, and old fans will eventually give up on the franchise and anything related. How many pumpkin events do we need until something new comes? 10? 20? 50? 100? How many hunt seasons (I personaly don't hate this one though.)? How many portal of times? (boring as hell, imo.) You name it, this game is on a static, hell our armies are based on HoMM V, V... How old is that? And to 'solve' this problem the admins came with a genius solution of forcing players to play daily with survilongs, which might be one of the big reasons of the massisve desertions. Then where we'll get new players from? When HoMM series are fading away. It's all connected, since some will give up and other possible new players won't be looking on something that never got them interested, if I didn't knew this game, I certaintly won't look for a online HoMM games now, infact I am of those who are displeased with the franchise.
I could keep going, but I've changed the subject a quite a lot, besides this will be my last post anyways, point is, this game is going to shut down eventually, if things keep going on the direction as it's now (I do think the last updates were great, and a step on the right direction, but big issues still remains, things that are unbelivable broken, like this stupid fsp system, it's retarded.)
The thing is, if or when this game shut down, won't be caused by an fsp overhaul, it just won't. Lot of bad decisions and 3rd part influence from HoMM series is going on.
That being said, just enjoy, it seems that it still have a few years of lifetime ahead. | But this game is going in a direction to shut down, regardless of any change of fsp reward. That's just in the era of time. If you have steam you'll see they offer discount every day. Kind of like any website that sells anything, from computer to clothes to train tickets. Even in shops, they offer "private sales" which didn't exist a few years ago.
They are selling virtual goods anyway, they could give a 100 diamonds for 1 cent if they ended up with more donations in the end, it wouldn't cost a single $ more than the actual system. | Actually with the way it has been set up now it is counterproductive. Allow me to explain, near the end of my combat level 15 I was netting over 8k exp in TG and close to 11k exp in WG due to the bonus exp from being uberpumped. Fsp in those battles always remained the same ammount. Immediately after reaching lvl 16 I was seen as only slightly pumped but still pumped. Exp of TG started from 5,7k and WG from 8k, over the course of days I got slightly more and more pumped, I was seen as 106% and site showed me as getting close to 5% extra exp buff, TG was now around 5,9k and WG 8,5k, these exp figures would only keep on increasing over time. But then the skill update got released. The site that used to show me as 106% pumped showed me now as 46%, meaning not pumped anymore, not even close. TG went back to 5,7k exp and WG to 8k exp, but both got slightly more fsp now. Meaning now I will have to do at least 50% more battles in total to reach the next level because the exp will not keep on increasing like it was doing before the update but keeps on remaining the same. This also means I will also get fsp from those more to do battles. Resulting in me, and everyone else for that matter, getting more fsp in total before reaching the next level than it was before the update. So in short counterproductive.
The update mentioned that people that are buffed up on fsp would get more exp, but before being seen as pumped you will have allready almost reached the next level so the effect of it won't even be felt and so far on high levels people have not even seen it. The only thing the update caused is that now on high levels one needs to do around 50% more battles to reach the next level. | [Post deleted by moderator Lord STB // At authors request] |
