Author | Tips for worsen my fsp ratio? |
Set a global goal for your char. For example :
At CL14 : HG8, MG7, TG7, WG2, Main FL 10
Then decide if you want to focus strictly on a main faction, or if you want to build up all your alts by playing these battles.
And who cares if an obscure and dubious script tells you you are "pumped", or what your exp/fsp ratio looks like ? You will have a good char, period.
People jerk off on that exp/fsp ratio. That is like focusing on the next step when you have a complete marathon to run. And I have *several* examples of people I coached with that approach and who are doing extremely well without focusing on that bogus ratio. | for some people, calculations and predictions could also be part of the fun
I couldn't have said better myself. :)
In fact, the extra 2-4 skills points you gain here is nullified by reasonable fsp of the opponent. The OP has fsl6 in his primary faction, a player with fsl8 would nullify every single thing he does to increase his stat points
Wrong, I'm building fsl 1:1 ratio, and I'll buy a skill potion for 1v1 duels.
Those fsl 6 with necro was due hunter season event which I couldn't abort sooner, and barb cuz was my CG faction at CL 9 and I had DU on them, otherwise those would be lower.
I'm confident on my skills in pvp and my general build development seemed to work till now, also I've the advantage of choosing whatever faction I want to play on whatever level needed, in fact I can't wait to play with hellfire build with mistress/cerberi at CL 11, combinated with extra stats and good resistances.
You said this is a strantegy game, so development is a part which enhances any tactics which will be required to use in the overall strategy.
The other thing with this plan is that I think that WG is too good to avoid doing
Sorry for not quoting your entire post, it's due forum characteristcs limits.
You've understand where I am trying to go and why I choose this route.
About the WG, I fully agreed about being important. I'm currently trying to level up guilds that were closer to the next level, in order to give me some aid on WG. Also there's the monetary view on this part, I want to play with tribal for WG, due to being a good faction for PvE and not so popular as elf or DE, so I need to built this castle first.
My guilds goals are HG 6, MG 4 or 6, WG 3, and if possible TG 4 at this level. So, WG will certaintly take it's turn of development.
About the limited amount of combats, isn't a problem at all, I'm just 'rushing' on MGs as my 'normal' process of development goes, I'll be doing many enrrols per combat as soon this step is finished. The overall picture require money for a lot things in future, there are 3 major goals to be yet be achieved. And while I agree that armaments are important, there's 378 at the moment, plus the new factions that were going to be implemented, in order to get the maximum benefit of this, I would need to do 3 WG/day in order to avoid getting the same armament twice, but then I would get bankrupted, which would be counter productive in my overall plan. (Also after the first 30 days, when the armaments start wearing off, even 3WG/day won't be benefitial anymore. By the way, when I'm saying not 'benefitial' is because it's counter productive on monetary development, not the guild per say.)

My goal is set up to CL 15. I've set my guild levels, which factions I'll choose for CG battles and how I'll build thingsup. however I've to confess that I haven't predicted anything above that.
You're completely right about things would work out, without any kind of development like these, but this kind of development just feels right to me.
I could've been a CL 15 or 16 by now, but I don't feel the need to be in those levels right now, I'll be when the time is right. Actually I wish I could've refined this account better, doing less mistakes that compromised the overall picture as I did, with some events that gave way too much exp/fsp, but since I cannot change the past, I need to focus on future. | Actually I wish I could've refined this account better, doing less mistakes that compromised the overall picture as I did
Good news : if your goal is CL 15 then you have done less than 10 percent of the way. Basically, you haven't even started your character yet. :o)
(and that's why people jerking off on exp/fsp ratio without being at least CL14 is hilarious) | (and that's why people jerking off on exp/fsp ratio without being at least CL14 is hilarious)
I'm CL14 and it took me 7 years to get there; how's that unsignificant? Besides the game is pretty much over at lvl 15/16; after that all that is left is a creature upgrade and more talent points; otherwise recruit count barely change even compared to lvl 14...

Maybe you should try to play PvP first and see how fsp ratio impacts results? | Trying to always be better than yesterday is always a worth cause to pursue in my opinion. That's this account's dream. (Jokes a part, or failed attempt of.)
Yes, it does concern me because I'm getting pumped since CL 5, and it's getting worse at each level. As you've noticed the higher the level the higher the penalty would be, thus less productive it would become, if I hit 20% at CL 9, it would could be 25% at 10, then 30%, then 35% and so on, if not worse than that, so counter measures are just reasonable, worse would to wait until there's no changing back/fix.
I don't know what else to say to you buddy. Hopefully you'll find the peace that your mind needs so badly. | By the way, my above post was meant to derelict.
