So does it means that the enemy is harder if your FSP is higher?
i think so, just i tryed with tribal with out tire7 and fsl5 ...won easly. so suspect fsp is also a factor

I'd have to disagree. I found a Tier 2 Battle tougher than a Tier 6, both with elves.

P.S. The reason why you felt it was easier with Tribals, is because Tribals play better in this event than Elves. I can feel the drastic difference. Idk why I wasted 4 of my battles with an Elf.
I meant Level by Tier.

Idk why, but the difficulty of the battles seems just so random.
but somehow i got less number of creature, than i try with elf
I win 8 lvl two times as 9 FSL dwarf, then I changed on barb 4 racial lvl and i.ve got 1000+ gremlin wreckers and also 2 big stacks of magi and genie as a leader of course. No way to move coz over 100 bears was dead after move 1 tile... It was on 8 lvl too
Which is how it should be. All Wizard characters also have an increase to the damage they deal with spells to neutral creatures at hunt and on Mercenaries' Guild errands: - This is neither a hunt battle or a mercenary guild battle.

Classic Wiz's mini-art racial still works, so it is nothing to get upset about I suppose.


I wonder, how many classic wizards play this event and like it ... This is not PvP type of fight, like for example pirate event. I played pirate event with classic wizard and liked it. Number of enemy units is much too high for classic wizard without his spell damage bonus. With full arts i can do 450 or so damage with lightning. Damage from units is not too high on classic caster build. As battle wizard each my stack can do much more damage than my hero with lighting on classic wizard.

Of course, i can change to battle wizard (thanks for this possibility), but why should i be "forced" to do that, if i want play event?
You dont really have to depend on Chaos magic spells only, to play this event.

Have you tried different builds, using classic wizard?

And the AP cost makes it more sensible to switch to might wiz..
Although there is not much difference since a huge stack of garg cant deal damage like enforcers or fiends. If you go with modern golem, the number are a little too low even with grem's repair

Yesterday I was winning with my random, stupid moves. Today first fight brought me total defeat.

A mage build doesn't have a chance at any event.
I, as a classic wizard have gotten tired that every event the wizard is playing with a handicap. Every event it's the same, the wizard is forced to play as might but since the wizards creatures aren't build for might, one has not the same chance as any other faction. The 450 spell damage doesn't even put a dent into a 4k monster or a huge pack of anything.
Meanwhile the high level wizards are still waiting for many years the level 5 mage guild, which from the looks of it, will never be released.
Now I finally understand why this game is called 'Lords of war and money'. The other was called 'Heroes of might and magic'. As in might and magic equal to one another, here it's just might.
lucky win :) apparitions boss with double strike 5K HP, he killed almost all my creature, last hit by invoker with unruly finished him (almost 4khp )

I got 18/20 with both losses on level 10 as I was Charmer Elf against Invoker monsters
Yes, the Russians have confirmed it, the first day was easy, they even climbed all the way to level 25 that day, but second day the admins seem to have crancked it and the mobs practicly became infinite. Also the abilities of the hero mobs didn't function on first day, like double shot etc. Now all of their abilities work like they are on overtime.

Here is an example of what they had encountered during that first day:

A level 21 player on level 10 wave:

280 Shrews
5 Black Dragons
70 Minotaurs
8 Witches
1 bandit monster

And here is what I have encountered as a level 14 player on 2nd day on a level 6 wave:

99 berserkers
950 master spearmen
20 dreadbanes
20 lava dragons
86 patriarchs
1 bear hero

Another level 6 wave of mine:
56 dark sybils
57 hydras
51 lizard assailants
11 black dragons
259 poisoners
1 shrew hero

And another level 6 wave of mine:
84 griffins
224 crusaders
1334 brutes
703 wardens divided evenly among 3 stacks
1 hero monk

Again another level 6 wave of mine:
86 magi
303 genies
696 gremlin wreckers
368 lodestone golems
1 hero gremlin wrecker

Do you see the major difference here?
A level 21 player didn't even get half of the mobs on the first day that one now gets at second day as a level 14 player on a way more lower level wave. Does this seem logical?
So I'll say again:
For just once I wish the admins on this game would keep an event consistent, as in when you do a certain difficulty it should remain that way the next time you do that exact same difficulty again, otherwise what reason is there for levels since it is the same level but suddenly way more difficult than before? Not only is that nonsense but extremely unintelligible as well. Due to this non-logical system, the people that get to the highest level on any event do not amaze me, it just shows how much lucky they have gotten, since their level 37 might have been the exact same difficulty as your level 12.
Let me put it this way, a challenge of a certain level should be the exact same challenge on any given day, not suddenly way more difficult, otherwise the levels become meaningless. We are not playing roulette here.
