It deals 15 damage per unit in stack to all enemy creatures upto 7 tiles but all my creature got the hit even if there are out of 7 tiles range.

in homm6, there's no 7 tiles limit, all enemies got hit regardless of distance, so i guess the description is inaccurate again |
