Flirting is such a waste of time. If I see a pretty girl I want to make love to, I walk up to her and tell her. If she wants the same, its all good.
This only works when she's drunk or you're in a club otherwise you get a swift kick in the ... or she says "Omg! You're such a creep." Been there. :'|
Actually just don't act as if you're desperate to get into a relationship and be yourself. Also watch your words, cheesy pick up lines rarely work in real life.
Be passionate about something and excel at something. That really draws attention. Have goals and ambitions and remember,

This is wrong. I have met some of my ex-girlfriends (I don't like to use this term since girlfriend implies we were in a relationship, which we were not. But still, I will go with this because it sounds better than a casual fling) on the web. Mostly Facebook, sometimes programming question sites like wizpert, etc.. Well, if you use the web, why will girls not?

I have never been called a creep. Maybe my sample size is not big enough, but I doubt it. Also, thankfully, the girls I talk to are not rude enough to kick me just because I started the conversation and was honest about what I wanted. The solution would be to not talk to them creepily. If you are really sincere, you wouldn't be called a creep. When a girl walks up to me and tells me her feelings for me, I don't call her a creep, I appreciate her straightforwardness. The same rule applies.
I can't believe I am spending time talking about flirting :| The probability of me doing this must have been almost 0 five minutes ago. I can't help thinking that most of these comments come from people who suffer from this problem themselves and make comments here to try and make others think they don't and to avoid dealing with their own issues.
I could be wrong but this is just how it comes across to me. I guess with age comes wisdom but I expect most of these come from people who have never had a serious relationship. | i think it's only healthy to make couple jokes inbetween the more serious answers :), i mean the jokes arent insulting or anything towards anybody here right ;).
o and fyi, im in an relationship ;) not that i could proove it to you, which i dont need to anyway ofcoures :P

for those who do want something serious, just be yourself. dont flirt or be something your not, that will only screw you in the long run.
for those just looking to flirt and have a good time: do just that! flirt, lie, do exciting thing, fight, drink, whatever. do whatever it takes to get the deed done(safely). | We must relax guys, it's all a matter of point of view...
For some people make a little jokes, it's a better way to relax and have a little fun, while he's learning or sharing his knowledge... (Or just having fun at all.)
For other people it's more serious, and must be treated like a honour code, maybe he also thinks some tips are rules and must be followed to have success...
All I know is, besides both solid point of view, none is absolutely right, it's all a matter of what work for you, and makes you feel better.
If those rules can help you, make you feel any better and also have success with women, that's fine, but doesn't expect everyone share the same feeling.
Of course some tips could be helpful, but you don't need any of them to meet some one and make him/her like you at all, also your old parents may never used it, and hey you did born!
And yeah, jokes must have a context, jokes about something is cool, but when you're making about someone, must take care to not make it a insult, it's easy to insult some one when you're just trying to make a few jokes and have fun... But the person insulted won't will feel the same...

(3). go together to movies,parks,etc and bond a friendly relation together.
(4). one day catch her hands and say u admire her.
ok here is the catch- if she allows u to hold it say u like her instantly (or) if she says no then take away ur hand and perform the same experiment a few months later.
