in respect to what you said....i have two thing to ask/say;
1) can LWM come forth and address the players directly or are the players some kind of 'untouchables' with they a disease hat they are avoiding ?
2) as i've stated in one of my posts....why can't LWM tie up with a professional service provider which most of the gaming companies seem to use and as i have mentioned earlier; i have NEVER encountered a problem with them EVER. believe me....with that route there will be no question of scandinavian country or indian country or any other country....period. it'll be a blessing to all nationalities alike and everybody will excell from it and rest assured....that'll also resolves the issue of 'handling all kinds of payment options all over the world'.
nothing is a mess if you are organized and take the professional route, as others do. if not, then its a classic example of 'penny wise and pound foolish' which is what they are likely doing and the players suffer for it eventually hampering the growth/sales etc of the company. its a sinking boat otherwise lol.
as for the bank transfer; if that is wire transfer, then even if the world is ending....i'll not get up and go to the bank and stand in a que to make a wire transfer to these nincompoops, even though i can do it from the comfort of my home but i'll still not do it as i dislike being taken for granted.
last but not the least....i'm glad that the admins are working on the paypal issue. but please ask them to come forth and speak up about it....irrespective of how long it'll take or it'll be resolved or not....a person at least has the 'assurance' that 'something' is being done about it ! |
I do understand that you are upset. It is always annoying when things are not working as they are supposed to.
The admins are talking to us. Please read post 10. I can also assure you that it got high priority.
I have no idea about why they picked those providers. You are right that they do not seem professional since they obviously have problems. Still, they offer an alternative way to pay that is even safer compared to both paypal and credit card. At least for me, it takes about the same amount of time to pay with Visa as it takes to do a bank transfer. I think few people actually need a physical bank to do transfers. |

as arcanide has pointed it out correctly....any info from admins goes a LONG WAY. players are patient and will continue to be so, if there is regular update from the admins.
people on death row have had their convictions turned only due to reason of living/dying every minute not knowing when the sentence will be carried out.
similarly its the unknown state or the careless attitude which drives a person MAD. if admins were in constant touch and had been updating the players on whatever developments are taking place....this effectively would have not happened (the bouts and angry fits).
hell....i'll sit pretty for another month with reassurances coming in regularly from the admins lol.
now since we have arrived at this conclusion....do you think admins will do needful ????

Admins do communicate with the players but mostly with RU server because of the basic reason that there mother tong is Russian. |

don;t think there will be any news ever & it would be a miracle if it ever got resolved.....nothing takes this long....
and to top it all.....after all of the above posts, mentioning it so much words about somebody coming forth and updating or replying etc. i would like to say forget about being unprofessional....its a disgraceful that nobody is updating the the players and that the admins are pretty much SHAMELESS people. wonder how they survive at all in real life.... |

This might sound unpleasant, but I am simply not entitled to share any details on this, due to the specific nature of the problem. Nonetheless, we do not leave this question out of our attention, it is among our priority questions.
I'll check up if I can give any estimated terms for this to resolve, but truth be told, it doesn't really depend on me/us. |
