Just a suggestion, but you guys should start with the currently players already registered (All level 8)
Who register after will fight with new participants... If no one register in time, the older player already participating should win for W.O... |

You will have to duel as a level 8, that means
1. recruitment
2. talents
3. ap limits (which doesnt affect you since its max 10ap)
etc

Duel each other as a level 9, same rules apply, BUT duel each other as level 9's with all talents, recruitment you want
The winner of that goes to Round 2, and duels as a level 8...
