If the rent shop is as in the other distant land, then it will cost 40% more to rent arts from the official "Rental shop".
In most cases, you get cheaper prices (transfer fee included) from the common-people who are running leasing arts "business" (check the "Leasing" forum for yourself). |

| 46 Dont think market is dead. limited by LG rule but not dead was able to sell alot hunter stuff,elements even resources. Unless ur selling estate or enchanted stuff. For enchanted stuff only lowering ur prices might help as for upgraded estates especialy 5 stars the were virtualy unsellable even before LG rule :) |

I feel the new rule, I mean the fixed price, kills the flexibility of trading, and more importantly, it ignores the competition between sellers.
A sales price is reached by the agreement of sellers and buyers. It is driven by the demand and supply and is changing all the time. If a seller open a thread in the trading forum with a fixed price. Later the lowest market price dropped lower than his/her asking price, what should he/she do? Keeping bumping the meaningless thread to keep it active or close and reopen a new one? What if the market price drop again? Keep closing and reopening?
There is another confliction. Rule 6 mentioned: "It is forbidden to organize auctions in the branch. Market serves for this purpose". But the market also serves the purpose of fixed price sale. Why only fixed price sale is allowed in the trading forum? It should be revised as “selling is forbidden in the branch”, since you can always go to the market :) |
