Casting Bless on Sprites does nothing... I don't recall doing so o_O; Unless I misclicked?
I just watched it again, my teammate cast Bless. No, it does nothing though for Sprites. |

#45: Great/master hunter set. Depending on the hunt, the jewelry may accept one or the other type of rings.

First of all, don't take my answer as the best option. So, here there are few of my observations:
1. Hunter set is too weak for that hunt. Master/great hunter set would be a far better option.
2. Druids are quite weak. That means, they should protect your archers as the first layer of defense, while unicorns, treefolks and efk's to create the second layer of protection. Also, that means that they should have their phantoms after the sprites.
3. I would rather use rally to your talents. I know that battle fury increases the damage by 50%, but 1 additional morale and 1 additional luck, plus 11 more sprites, would pay the tribute. This is my personal option and you may be right with your talents.
4. Try to compact the remaining stacks of farmers. If you see that few troops are remaining and that may spread the stacks, better to sacrifice them than to have your farmers spread all over the battlefield. Additionally, I would compact the sprites stacks (the real + phantoms) for the farmers to stay grouped.
As I said, these would be my options. But since I haven't try any attempt to beat the records since combat level 7 (very long time ago), I may be wrong about.

I had 3 times less as you had, but I did that in minimum AP. Also, instead of second layer of defense, I chose to use my troops as baits to keep my archers busy with 1 stack at the time. I know that my anchorites helped me more than your druids, but the idea was for them to shoot after they finished their main tasks: conveying mana and defending my gmb's. |

I attained success in killing 7k farmers with Min AP before. But I guess thats cuz they didnt get too much morale . . .

Nicely done. Why did you changed the strategy? The problem is not the nicely distributed morale, but on only few stacks. Usually, I try to knock back if one of the stacks is getting morale. But that depends on many other variables.
Nevertheless, your strategy was okay and you should have kept it that way. |
