No. Shop artifacts only:
- No hunter set artifacts.
- No master hunter set artifacts.
- No great hunter set artifacts.
- No thief set artifacts.
- No Second anniversary luck pendant.
- You can't join while under effect of Tavern drink either. |

| @36 Mana recovery is very useful and a popular choice at lvl 9 - at least for wizards that are using sorcery talents (includes most of the ones that I've seen. |
