My suggestion:
It is a nameless or normal waterfall at the beginning with a small village in it.(Village name like The Equirzales or something like that).
Then,a group of killer/assassin/theif/babarian/whatever you can think about that kills kill many villager.The waterfall is filled with bloods.Wahaha Bloodly Fall.
