Combat level 13 is the maximum level upto which potion of skill functions for you. Any player of level 14,15 having higher fl do not have any effect untill you reach the same CL as them. |

It doesn't see that way, because:
1. I had a lvl 15 FL 10 elf on my side, and could NOT use my fl 9 rune.
2. I had a lvl 12 FL 9 elf on my side and I COULD use my lf 8 rune.
Exactly, as I wrote:
It doesn't matter which faction your party member is. You will always get fsl lvl 1 below the max fsp lvl present in the combat (of your combat lvl or below). |

could i win this or that was impossible to defeat 3 elves.... and even 1 elf did not had efk.
So please tell me what wrong I did and what should be a good recruitement for PVP |

It's hard to say in a 3vs 3 battle.
What I see wrong is the start. You guys rushed in with half of your melee units. The enemy was able to retaliate with all of their melee units. So you got yourself s in a big disadvantage after the first round.
I would have split my priets in 2 stacks.
Use spearmen to try and mayhaim EFK.
Use priets to cast ranged protection on brawlers and ursary.
Ursary and brawlers should attack as a team.
Leave the elfs alone for a while, they can't do much damage against 40% shielded units (even more if you have robe). Focus EFk first, then Unicorns. |

As far as I've seen at lvl 13, dwarf with it's usual build is weak against magic wizard and magic DE. Necro also pose a problem, especially with it's ghosts.
Elfs can be a problem if they can root down ursary. |

Chaos is way to expensive.
I would go for rally and morale, since dwarf troops are quite slow.
And maybe 1 luck, for the long fights. |

It depends on level. But as far as I see overall unholy necro is good against dwarf. And dwarf is pretty good (>50% win rate) against elves, barbs, DE, steppe barb.
Even though I'm not sure if those statistics are for all levels or only for lvl 9 and up.
But I don't think the relative percents are very different at different levels, because play style doesn't change too much. |

For 387/8:
in this lvl both Leadership or offence build with extra rune is good.
if you are going for second build use morale ring
morale ring is good i think at least CL8 |
