Howcome they one the Russian server hear from the Admins??? and we dont here.. like when they in the link from Shebali say things about Clanwars and the new faction... Why dont they give us just a little bit of info...-.-
Im happy about the new tournament and all... but still it would be nice to hear from them directly like in the HWM-newspaper.. |

for Shebali. How in the world do they get in contact with the admins??? and why shouldnt they tell us something here??? if they really read the forum once i a while then why dont the tell us like: "New updates will be coming within the next month" or "it will take over half a year to make some big updates"
And i know the Russian server is bigger and with lots more players... but still they should give us some info... They could write it in the forum or something... i think it would get players to be more online and stay IF they heard from the Admins directly... |

As far as I know, Arctic was the voice of Admin here, since admin arent too good in English its hard for them to post. As long as we are without 'Voice' it will be like that, IMO ! |

admins aren't that bad in english. and there alot of people who can speak Russian who talks to admins. we don't really need Arctic, though he did help |

Hi everybody,
I have just looked at some level 11 elves on .ru and they seem to have _much_ more troops than I can have here (even with Rally).
Am I right to assume that players can build Citadel earlier there? I don't think so, or at least my DE there can't. So how come they have much more troops?
Unfortunately I can't read a word in Russian and online translators cannot be used with php based sites... so I can't translate anything but their news and forums. |
| Buildings are availiable on same levels. Elves having more troops on lvl 11 is result of balancing. I'm sure the patch will be here too, eventually. |

Thanks for the answer! Could you please give me the link for the news in the .ru "Official announcements" forum where the admins disclosed the changes? Or at least an approximate date when this balancing took place.

At the moment these guys have 10 unicorns and 5 treefolk. The max for me are 8 and 3 respectively. The difference is 2 & 2, and that is _lots_ of "meat" (at least compared to the total hp of a level 11 elven army).
