| in a way i agree but thats my biased opinion since this change comes after i spent 1.5 years hard grinding to catch up and become on par or just below par compared to stat monster on 18. from a general game point this is a good change as participation in cg has skyrocketed due to the venoms and similars not playing at the moment |

that usually goes very well for a game lol. you remember what happened to the new saints row game? thats going to happen on this game too. all the time people said you can leave the game becomes death an only contains the non competitive people with small amounts of players. if the admins dont change this, I am afraid this game will lose the battle on life support. I would suggest just having statpads in commander guild so that lower stat people can also get higher stats. its that simple or make a potion for commander guild, but you want hard working people to suffer. no wonder the rich dont want to give a penny to the gov. |

its not being biased, there are other ways to make the game 'more fair' unlike some people claiming this is the way. you work hard to have those stats. i see people here making very bad arguments that even my grandma would understand it doesnt work that way. people want to play other games here. If I play a lot of call of duty, I expect to get new better guns so that my work gets rewarded. if you want to play other games fine, but dont go full communist because you are getting an unfair advantage. most people here only think about themselves. admin can make a potion like I said and let it cost 50k or 100k so that new people may also buy diamonds for that. enough opportunities. new players wont come into this game, thats a ridiculous argument too. |

so these people play only for a short amount of time? that will make the game grow certainly. new players dont come in, people make multi accounts that is what mainly happens. I understand people wanting the game to be more fair, but you need to be honest and not biased. you are making another argument that doesnt stand. who plays a game nowadays where they need to wait half an hour, an hour etc to play a specific gamemode they like? |
That idea about potion for CG sounds good. Though there still remains a problem for war fights.

Im not making things up but it seems you are. Numbers are facts and those numbers are that new players start the game (not just multi's). The exact ones we do not know as obviously admin will not release these.
Aim is to attract new players and make it more fair for everyone long term. Was it a harsch update? Yes. Could it have been more gentle? 100% Yes. Was it needed? 100% Yes.
It is what it is. CG is more alive then ever without the stat monsters. I know it sucks for them but they will still be better then 99% of the players.
I'm sure they will tweak it and maybe even lower the exp boost in a few days/weeks. Give them time to adjust. |

There is no reason to argue about this. You are way too stubborn.
As you can see on my profile, I do edit/translation work for the .com community. Some of those things where to look to make it easier for the starters so that they stay longer/get more acquainted with the game.
They would not ask us to do some work if there were no new players that start. Argue all you want, all ok for me. Believe what you want to believe. Live in your fantasy and keep on complaining. |

Well Arcanide has some high tier connections so yes he has insight in that. You can belive him but he won't and should not talk about this further.
As for equality and equity and all that stuff of grinding and fairness etc. etc. i have only one question:
Would you support separation of servers to two? One with new rules and one with old rules? Ofc, most of mediocre players would leave to the other server and the rest would have 'superleauge' if we use football analogy. If you would not, why not? Because there would be no cannon fodder? Well, cannon fodder rebeled. We all have multiple tier system in RL and October revolution is not around the corner. Either way communisem never worked because some were always above the rest. IT will never work. But this is a game. People vote with their hands on keyboards. They refused to play with gridners.
But yes, solutions could be better. Maybe.
And no, even here we will not see communisem. Ever. Admins are top tier and we are peasants. They can shut the game down anytime they want. Two owners of the game made how much during last 15 years? Enough. |

| As two players who play this game for 15 years we both know all changes were unfair to some group of players. But it keeps on going. |

Dude you are player of level 20 and yet you have stats weaker than a pumped level 16 player.
Clearly, you have no motivation of playing cg fights and have to be against whatever admins do. And, what admin doing as a good of promoting new players to keep playing and not quit because of camping super pumped players in every combat level. |

yeah lots of updates have been unfair to some players. the game is trying and lower level players need better ways to pump stats, but you dont need to punish people who paid a lot (thousands of euros sometimes) and put in lots of hours, but whay uou say is entirely true and I agree with arcanide that balancing is good, just not this way, as people like slayer and Venom dont deserve this |
