They had too low defense, glass cannon doesn't work for wizards. Maybe they just took the free anniversary enchanted set..

you'l be amazed about the dwarfs luck on knockback and lucks.
i couldnt believe this, about 30-40 straight knockbacks lol!
we were pretty sure to win and then suddenly....
