Actually, MG change would be better IF you had to report the quest to seraph tears when you pick it at seraph tears.
Right now, you have to report your quest at YL, no matter where you picked it... Maybe a bug? Is that how it works on .ru? |

Maybe they want to maintain a sort of ambush corridor between Yellow Lake and the Capital. I don't know. The important thing is, this should give us a way to cultivate the merc quests. |
