Blocked players are kicked out, asap. ATM to the best of my knowledge there are no blocked players in clan.
Cheaters who are not punished by admins are evicted, when they are found out. But it's more dificult to find them then blocked players, so I won't claim there are none in WG. I will however claim that there are few.
Active? Every person that doesn't go blocked BOW is active in my book :P It doesn't matter if they log in 15 times per day or once a month :P |

| When Kotrin's online he'll send you the invitation. But with a transfer log like yours, he's more likely to send you a refund and add a post to his CaA topic. And if he won't do it, I will :) |

We weighted the choice of each option and decided to kick out cheaters, AFK players, blocked accounts and so on. Long ago. Better be smaller and cleaner than the opposite.
