Miss, those softwares doesn't work, if you look deeply you could find information about those "viruses" which proves most of known viruses doesn't any harm for computer at all.
Also those "miracle programs" will only defend for a predefine list, which means any modification can pass the security easily.
It's more like a makerting strategy which some companies spread those so called viruses on internet then send the "cure". So they'll offer the solution and at same time build a demand.
