No..all quest are randomly rewarded element...there is no specific quest that have higher chance to get element |

But there was also demon and barbarian faction creatures and even neutrals such as mercenary warriors. I've never seen such a quest before, is it normal now? |

There are also army mercernary quest with only 1 attempt right from the start. I got them before.
