Since the last clan mail may interest plenty of people, let me restate some key points here:
Admins are back - with a hammer. I've evicted a number of blocked players from the clan, and received messages from panicked ex-members: "Hey they blocked my account please do something!!!"
It's not the way it works, folks. You haven't been blocked because of bad luch. Check the TRANSFER LOG. The reason for blocking is written here.
Why do they block accounts? Because people break rules. Take multiple characters for example. You did nothing wrong with your extra characters and they are blocked? Perhaps you had too many characters and missed rule 3.10...
3.10 One player may have up to 3 characters (one main and two extras).
You did nothing wrong with your only extra character and it is blocked? Perhaps you missed rule 3.10.1 then:
3.10.1 If you register an additional character, you are bound to show that in the opening line of the "character information" of both, commenting who is the main character and who is the additional one. Just the line "I've got another character" or "This is an additional character" is not enough. Additional characters who aren't signed will be blocked immediately.
Read again: the OPENING LINE of the character information, not a sentence lost in a cluttered page full of your best battles, the AFK players you hate and your favorite poem. Read again more: the opening line of BOTH the character information. ALL the character information of your heroes must mention ALL characters, who is the main and who are the mults. All too often, the player does the work for his main and "forgets" to keep the information up-to-date in other places. Don't get surprised if you read the red blocked text of death then...
That's just examples of how easy it is for admins to find something illegal and block accounts. The only way of avoiding the trouble is to follow ALL rules, not just ones "making sense" to you. (I sincerely think too that playing extra characters is just asking for trouble, but hey, that's just me.)
You did nothing wrong and don't even play with a multi? Perhaps you broke rule 3.14 then:
3.14. Large transfers without cause and description are prohibited.
ALWAYS write the reason for tranfers. ALWAYS. And typing "thx u", "u asked", "lil help" or ";-)" isn't a valid cause of a transfer. I'd go as far as to consider these transfer "reasons" downright insulting to administrators.
