As pointed out above the default position for fighting these duels is in max ap as this is considered fair for all factions and different builds (might, chaos, buff and so on). Only if both participants agree beforehand they may choose to fight in less ap.
To call someone to battle and then not to join due to having no arts is unfair to your opponent as you are wasting his time. I beg all participants to make sure they have the equippment needed for the battle before agreeing on a date and time.
Therefore I withdraw bloody_funkies challenge to Born_2_Rule for the moment. He may post another challenge when at least one other challenger had a fight against Born_2_Rule but only if he PM's me first to show me he has a full ap set available.
