There may be a lot of people holding onto parts that they cannot be bothered to sell. I know I am one of them. That being said for some I will want to sell them before I end up with duplicate imperial arts, when I don't even use the one of them(outside the no durability loss, once yearly nightmare battles)
It is good that there is a dynamic to increase the demand for these and incentivise selling. Furthermore while there may be an initial leak demand, long term it is more efficient element wise for flags to have heavy enchanted sets than lots of members having them. So it may after a while cause the element market to cool down.
It would however be good if either the military clan could directly gain artifact parts from event placing, it you could gift your parts to the clan at a less punitive rate, say 10:1 |

Cause now they force clans to spent 15kk on a full set + enchants = 20kk (I wonder why a clan would do this tbh).
More people are gonna invest, gonna donate to clan,... money money money |

rest will probably be in 10-20k per part maybe some for 20-30k like heaven armor |
darn i was hoping imperial set would be sell able on market have not used or sell any of them or other sets
for example i have 91 imerial amulet parts and 2 complete amulets in inventory parts i can sell for lets say 25k-40k that is like 100k while a complete amulet would sell it for 4 million gold
we are getting screwed is how i see it :( |

I would compare it to what was, rather than to what you hoped it would be.
In that regard there is more market for selling parts, so they are worth more, so your win. |

So 276 managed to collect imperial boots and the cpb comes down to 2200/battle, they might lease it for 2.5-2.8k/battle
I think this is not bad at all
There were a few regular clan PvP players who missed out imperial boots and I think this is a great way for them to compete now |
