The unique battleplate, ring and cloak is treated as a shop artifacts, and their parameters depend on the wearer’s combat level.
Announcement is wrong. It should be bow , ring and amulet | Has been fixed. Translator team does not know when an action will occure so we can not double check info beforehand.
