For irl money, I would just go straight to .ru version.
The promotions are all based on rubles count at 1:40 diamond:ruble conversion rate
The scroll is neither at every 30 nor 60 diamonds, but every 50 (2000 rubles).
The sword of cold is at 100 diamonds (4000 rubles) with the .com ads misleadingly displaying the diamond count WITH the 10% bonus for 110 diamonds total.
The yellow tier LeG unit is at 150 diamonds (6000 rubles), again, with the .com ads showing the 165 diamond count already with the 10% bonus.
E.g. if you donate exactly 150 diamonds during this promotion (equating to 6000 rubles or whatever currency of choice), you will get the rewards up to the LeG unit, 3 scrolls, and 16 chests of abundance.
Note the default chest of abundance bonus is based on diamonds so you would get 16 instead of 15 (from 165 diamonds counting the 10% bonus), but the promotional rewards are based on rubles count (not counting the 10% diamond bonus).
I can't comment on the paypal bit though.
The .com side is not only riddled with mistranslations, but also poor version control.
Different promotional changes even in the same advertisement are not being updated completely, as with images with their reward icons being replaced, but embeded texts not updated and lagged behind.
I would assume some of those numbers (sun ring and scrolls text vs image) matched with different promotions in the past at different points. But that's just my guess on the discrepencies.
