I'm surprised buying stuff from Shop/facility and playing in Roulette doesn't appear in Transfer Log.
Imo: Show everything,/make everything public, or show nothing at all. |
for Ipsen:
Its no longer about making things public or not (since the faction change was removed from transfer logs). Currently, logs are only there to keep record of things that can be disputed by another players.
Donations/buying from facilities/roulette are not disputable. |
it would be alot easier to avoid rules if transfers logs were private |
It would be a lot easier to investigate other players if we could use filters on their transfer logs as we can do on our own. |

True. But when a normal player finds something unfair, he is able to report it. Maybe the admins want to encourage that you focus on your own character instead of spending your effort on "investigations." After all, we have the sweepers to investigate the case and i am pretty sure they have the tools to easily scan logs. |
Please keep on topic guys - otherwise I'll have to close the thread. |
How could he? His maximum bet is 3000. There's no way he could have spent all that in a day. The most he can spend in a day, if he bets the maximum amount every spin, is 144,000. Hmm, where did it all go?
Hmmm, looks like fuzzy math.
If 3,000 per bet maximum
and 6 bets per hour
and 24 hours per day
then 432,000 is the maximum.
There are other purchases a player can make which won't show up on transfer log or profile page. Maybe he bought (x) Golden Decks, (y) Abu Bakir's Charm, (z) Master Hunter's License, etc., etc.. |
I'm also curious as to what his plan is. it doesn't appear to be cheating in anyway though he owns both characters but that would make no sense so i doubt that. |

I'm honestly not even sure how I messed that up. That's embarrassing lol. Even so, it would take him many days to blow through 7 million on roulette at a max of 432k a day |
he bought more chests |
yet another person reported him. whats wrong with this blind hate? why dont they actually check that he has bought over 1000 diamonds before they run reporting? |
He did a 3v3 quick tournament and got 140k exp from the final win.. |
Here are my two cents for the debate. First of all, he/she may be a rich kid who thinks that by buying plenty of diamonds, he/she will be top ladder. It might work in some smartphone games, but not in LWM. The game requires patience, dedication, planning, strategy and slow pace in comparison to other games.
Do I envy him/her? To be honest, No. I can buy 1000 diamonds and spend them. Will it make me happy? Yes. For about one hour, when I'll open all the chests of abundance. Afterwards, the void will return as this type of player will have trouble to find meaning in the game as he/she will expect a rapid reward system (the opposite of LWM). Think of your characters, how did you nourish and expand them with all their failures and successes along the way.
Being said that, diamonds shopping spree might be annoying, but it is legitimate and legal.
This leads to another important issue, transparency. I like the game in that matter. Cheaters and abusers are flushed out. You can't hide your illegal activities. Everyone can snoop around. This is a very important aspect to any healthy community and especially a gaming one when people expect unbiased fairness.
On a personal note, I'm back in the game after a few years. My old character is long gone and abandoned. I do spend some money on diamonds. Spent 20 diamonds to get the scholar's set. On December 22, spent 50 diamonds in order to obtain the artifacts. I plan to spend about 50 diamonds per quarter in order to support the game and to receive the artifacts.
Most importantly, If I was Dilon kill, I would have already obtained a permanent hunting record and be ranked as top player going for the gold medal. In my humble opinion, this may give us a glimpse of how this person is really acquainted with the game.
Sorry for my long and maybe tiresome response.
Happy new year to all of you! |
For those interested this is him
https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=7162879
You may note that the 4 quick tournament games resulted in him levelling rather a lot - being super pumped he went from level 3 to 8 in one tournament (his character level has not yet changed though if you check his total experience it is now well over the level 3 threshold). It will do as soon as he fights a normal battle I believe.
How to see super correction via the pumping mechanism! |
I like how he doesn't even bother to enroll. |
being super pumped he went from level 3 to 8
omg that's a big hit for his guild development |
If he was later interested in PvP, he could suffer a lot. Let's say his (almost) fsl 11 can cover zero guilds maybe until CL11, but later without proper guilds he would be still very weak compared to decent CL13 fsl 11 player with guilds.
But who knows what is his goal? :) |
he is still a level 3 and he is in no rush+ he has a ton of rare arts. what makes you think he will rush levels and wont do guilds? i see no point in what you say |
38# No, he is CL 8 actually as Mile Steg said, not 3.
And yes, a big hit for char development.
but whatever, if he has fun this way, he's free, I won't judge.
i admit he is an interesting specimen to look at, though. ..))) |
#38: he is CL *. Look at his exp points: Combat level: 3 (488,081) +-473,081
#39: Indeed. Well, his money, his life. |
