If you loot an art from a battle, it's lower than maximum durability
If you loot a chest of abundance, it might contain the 100/100 rare art. |

Unlikely to go this high, unless there was some thing that required a lot of them. Usually when we have new super arts (heavy leader boots etc), people will buy elements to enchant and prices will go up. |

Nope, it's based on probability alone.
Chest of abundance can have any number of items, those items will include moonstone, ice crystal and rare arts, but will NOT include toadstool and witchbloom (or a 100/100 wooden sword for example).
Admins would have to manually change what's in the box. |

haha i know the feeling, my first CG loot was a lvl19 item when i was lvl14... just needed 140M exp more to use it :) |
