Sure it's because of time and not a protest that the event is easier for high levels because they will have higher stats and stronger troops? :P

They get harder enemies though.
While you get more crystals now and so upgrading is now more viable. I am not sure it is actually a good idea for the most part. The reason I say this is because of what I think is the mechanism for how you find new recruit.

I am confident that it has a bias to find troops you have already got, however you can only find un upgraded troops. Consequently if you upgrade them, you will lose that advantage of matching troops easily.

I could of course be very wrong on this and just had an unlucky streak where I got no matches for a lot of searches

Victories / Combats: 23 / 24

Silver available: 12,059
Silver gained: 67,413

From second acc. Silver is usefull. Atleast for buffer.
It seems that when you fight a battle that has prisoners, you get less fsp? I tried freeing them, but got the same fsp as in prisoner fights before. These fights give me 2.18 fsp, while others something like 2.80.
I just had a battle for silver and it also gave me less exp. Does this count for all battles for silver and prisoners?
I mean fsp ofc, although I suppose exp is related.
2.2 fsp for full AP games can be subject to debate.
I think prices have droped. Wardens now costed like 18,5k for 167.
I haven't noticed any change in prices mid game but it sure doesn't feel like those clerics were any cheaper.

I noticed that now searching takes 10 seconds throughout.
10 seconds to go into the dungeon and find your first prey*cough* i mean enemies.
and 10 seconds to search for new, subjectively stronger or weaker enemies.

Actually it's not that 20 second wait that i mind at all. It's rather the manual refresh i have to do every time. It could take 40 seconds and that would be fine as long as it refreshes automatically after 40 seconds.

So many times i've just forgot to refresh the page and come back to it after like 30 minutes to realize that Hmm, it's probably done.

Also, the fights where the troops you're defending are open rather than in a cage, may actually be more beneficial now. Since it's already established that when the troops are open, there's more in the stack than when they're in the cage. So you're sacrificing manual control over them.
But when they're open, they are more useful and at the end of the battle you're getting about the same number of troops either way.

Another thing to note is that it rounds up. i.e. having small stacks of higher tier unit and if even one of them dies i feel my heart ache. The 5% and 3% instead of 50% and 30% difference is useful only for bigger stacks.
For some reason countdown and auto refresh don't work here.

It is working fine on Russian site.
Wow you are right, I found that very annoying, didn't know it's only a problem in .com...

that may me true but the problem is that when the units you help is free, it very often in range of the opponent attack. I had one battle where the stack i was trying to save was killed before i had the time to save it just because it was in range of 2 or 3 units already.

Err, exactly my point?

So what i meant was, that rather than try to save the *cough*endangered*cough* creatures by using your own troops as a meat shield, turn it the other way round.
Those creatures are now the meat shield.
Doesn't matter if they die since they are gonna be just as squishy when you are gonna take them out of the cage, and would get easily demolished.
And the end returns i.e. end of battle you won't see that much a difference from the start, as long as the stack you're trying to recruit is large enough.

I've noticed it really well in my experience trying to save something usually has the opposite effect.
So rather than that, cherish the troops you already have and use those meat shields to your advantage since you're not gonna feel the loss as losing your own upgraded troops would have.

I had like 7 titans and i felt every bit of the loss as their life gets shaved away battle after battle. Contrastly that way lower tier group of unicorns seems to be in pristine *pun intended* condition. with their largest stack i had being 44 or 45 unicorns.
This is one of my favourite builds at the moment. clerics + unicorns and the other stacks are just there for support

In short, be prepared to lose at least one unit per stack in each battle and plan accordingly.
for ImmortalRegis:
can you tell us approximately how many crystals are required for upgrading 45 unicorns?
for virtual_vitrea:
The unicorns weren't that pricey when i thought about the possible uses for them.
If you want to copy my build then i assure you the clerics would cost way more than the unicorns and you should probably save up before getting the monks.

The unicorns probably cost around 40k silver in total(though i got them in groups of 10) and the clerics too cost around 40k silver.
You don't have to brake the cage, you can leave them there in safety, they will be in your army anyway after the battle.
Im trying to use mixee army. With melee troops lets say like this- slays enemy with 1hit. Its usefull to use low tier troops so you acctualy have 100 and its not like 3bethemots one barely dies and its gone anyways.
Total army strength: 1,149

oi, oi, i need more army to recruit....not the silver =_=
In most events (And specifically this one), do you get a "Refund" of your "Investment" as gold, or as the final item they give you?
Or they give gold refund AND also an item?

Was in break, and I wanted to know how I will be (Economically speaking) if I played the event.

Thx in advance.
Should get gold and item at the end
