The translationa actually suggest that the new enchants might be cheaper; I'm curious to see if it will be or if it's just a reference to the -40% offer.
Taking into account artifacts of increased strength of the casket and, taking into account the current market value of the elements, it was possible to increase the effectiveness of modifiers from 5 to 8 to 5 to 10 ([I10E10A10W10F10]) and at the same time reduce the price of rent! |

No it means it is reduced compared to the old pricing, which was higher because back then elements were more expensive, and also admins wanted to give more value to real enchants than shop enchants.
Though I like it this way, becomes much easier to rent enchants for a decent price. |
