Knockback used by Ogres never retaliated even if no space for moveback an enemy troops (named Knockback in ogres abilities).
Knockback used by Ursary retaliate only if no space for moveback. If Ursa move enemy troops they cannot retaliate (named Paw Knock in bears abilities).
