It means, you are enlisted, battle wont start, unless all three spots are filled , i guess.
Else, You have to wait another 10 mins, for someone else to join you ;) |

I do not believe it is possible, if within 10min, all 3 spots has yet to be filled, you'll get delayed for another round of enlisting (20min) and even still if 3 spots have yet to be filled, you'll start with how many players have joined. |
