Sure you can type it, and immediately a forum mod will delete your post for being non-English on forum.
Although emptiness is indeed poetic, in some sense, I have my reservations about it getting you too far in the contest. |
Actually, non-English works were already published in Creative Works section several times; I've seen here poetry in Hindu and other South Asian languages.
However, as far as our contest is concerned, the works must be in English cause otherwise most of the jury simply won't be able to evaluate those and many players won't be able to read them either :) Our common language here is English (one we all understand more or less), therefore we keep it as a main mean of communication all around. |

Wow, I had completely forgotten about that, has it truly been four years? I've been absent from this game longer than I realized. I am however, quite flattered that you recalled my poem and sought it out in the dark corners and crevices of the forums.
I'm glad to see a little more life and activity going on in the forums now. Who knows, maybe I'll even write another poem for this contest, and if I'm really inspired, finish one of the half made factions I have stored somewhere on my computer... Anyway, best of luck to all, and I imagine I will thoroughly enjoy reading any and all poems you guys create!

nice reading all poems but I think the poems have not caused harm so they must not be deleted(in my opinion).
as for the authors, I think they must be given some kind of punishment for bad sportsmanship..
But yeah all the poems are really good to read:) |
