I would like to know if exp/fsp rule apply throughout whole level. Because if yes, then at high levels (and not only there) all players will tend to get in their first combats good fsp, while near next lvlup will get a lot of exp? Is true that statement? |
Rules are regulations in game activity (gameplay, forum communication, etc) that one has the choice to follow or not to follow, considering any consequences for either.
The new exp vs. fsp thing, I'd rather call it Mechanics rather than Rule. Players do not get a choice, it's there for everybody. |

in my opinion its really unfortunate take it for combat lvl.
avarange fsp is very diferent on same lvl couse for example lvl 15 with 25000000 exp cannot have same fsp as lvl 15 with 40000000 exp. |

average is adequate to someone in half way of combat level. It is normal that someone close to lvl up will have more fsp than average of same CL.
But still, player can keep building his fsp up to 1,6*average (as I read here) without forcing increase of exp.
Care to have good fsp is still valid in most cases. Rather only those who were farming fsp for years while getting little exp, can feel hurted. |

I really don't understand you. :) I had a bit better fsp when I was by the end of CL 7, also got exp penalty, then leveled up and now I have ordinary ratio like it was before the update... Even if I got that penalty again by the end of CL 8 I would consider it to be OK because it would mean I really have good exp/fsp ratio and so I have more skills that the most of players of my level and exp penalty causes I just can't do a really huge difference, only keep it at 1.6 times higher than the average. That penalty doesn't cause I will get to the average. |

I already explained to you that i dislike the fact that my steppe barb and my necro FSP are counted as one.
Also i get penalised despite not farming fsp in any real way. |

If it wasn't this way, my char on .com would have have very big advantage after the merge and I don't know why it should be so... Players who focues only 1 faction would be in big disadvantage - they would either have no resistance and they would even get more exp than players like me. |

No secrets that average exp/skill ratio essencially better (lower) on .ru then on .com cuz many avents, tourney, etc possibilites with low exp/ratio on .ru which we had no there. Also crazy exp/fsp in TG on .com in compare on .ru. In other words, on the same CL players on .ru have more summary fsp (all factions) then players on .com.
I think this one of the main problem if U wan't be a second grade player in PvP combat. How it will be resolved ?
I propose next variant:
After merge (I hope this will be soon)
1) Players up to lvl as they have exp
2) calculate average exp/fsp (all factions) on .ru and .com
3) Getting multiple ratio .ru/ratio .com)
4) Enter possibility (during sometimes - week... month) for players on .com to buy extra fsp (buy cuz players on .ru during fighting waste gold for arts)
5) Extra fsp can be added only to main faction
question how must be cost of extra skill ? But I think will be reasonable cost
