If the case is about stupefy being hacked then words said from his multi do not account as mostly main and multi have same email-ID so there is an equal chance of multi being hacked.

Stupefy has got his id back.. Am his brother and we both changed the pass. and recovered id..its all done nw.
And i dnt think u guyz will think that hacker might have hacked mine id too..

This post is not a 3rd arty comment. I am trying to state something here. Also, I am taking no one's side.
First of all, taking this thread as a reference, https://www.lordswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=1922050, I'd like to state that accounts cannot be hacked by simply sending some commands to the server. In this case, it is almost evident that the password to Stupefy's account was known by someone (whomsoever has hacked, be it his friend or cousin). So a willing transfer of password for any reason whatsoever should be investigated into.
Secondly, the timings for posting post 16, 17 and 18 are so near so as to believe that they haven't been posted by a single person or at least it has been done with all three players on the same computer. A coincidence can be almost ruled out. It is exactly the time it takes to log out from one account and post with the other as many have stated above.
Now, this is the main point that I wish to make.

Now, the transfer description asks the receiver to keep the arts safe till the problem is solved and not to use it. But here, the accused has very well used the arts. This means rather than keeping the arts for safety, these transfers have become somewhat like gifts, and if we count the average costs of all the arts sent, it well exceeds the gifting limits. So the victim must be punished for using the arts which were sent to him solely for safekeeping for using them whatever be the reason.
Lastly, ruleofking is an unsigned player, and action must be taken against the player.

Let us forget all the previous transfers made for the sake of safekeeing for the instance. Then why aren't the arts returned back to the player if the problem has now been solved?
Also,
these suspicious transfers alone (sent with no transfer description + the gift sent on 11-02-12 at 09:02 violate the maximum present sending rules for the month.
3960 + 27333+ 19365 + 30690 + 4738 + 4738 = 90824, whereas he can present only 90k (assuming he hasn't donated any diamonds).

i dont care for my lost money...just punish him for his wrong doings. |

Actually, this case is pretty clear now that Stupefy has most probably been hacked by the accused looking at those posts with the close timings.
Again referring to this, https://www.lordswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=1922050, hacking into another character and using another person's account in an unauthorized way is illegal in the eyes of the law according to the Illegal Access to Computer Information and accused if found guilty can be prosecuted to the highest extent possible by the law.
Now, since this can be a matter of real life law case, I have an evidence regarding this. I have a recorded phone call conversation with the accused and also a SMS from the same person where he says he has the password to Stupefy's account. If the law requires it, I am willing to provide it. |

This is no third party comment.
I have not hacked stupefy's a/c. And about the arts, i am not returning them now becoz I have used them for some battles as stupefy told me. now he is saying the opposite. So to be on the safer side I have used up his ring of inspirations and have bought new ones instead of that. I will be using that to 16 dura(i.e. for 2 fights) and give those back to stupefy. And thats the reason why i am using his arts. Please see, i am innocent and you can run IP tests. And if you run the IP tests, you will be getting my IP address, post that in this forum as a proof that you have run an IP test and I am found guilty or not.
As a kind of proof, so that you don't feel that I am telling lie about my IP, my IP ends with 290. |
