I think he made the transfer less than 24 hours before he quit.
Gift is different.
We have rules for gift and we have rules for players giving away things when they quit. The rules clearly states that you should return the things to empire should someone give it to you before he quits. It clearly says, "Im quitting." He did not return. Whether you like it or not, It's a violation.
Same with Kimerales, the difference is he did not indicate he's quitting. But giving away things 24 hours before you quit is suspicious.

As the rule stated, you cannot block a character so you can create new ones. Isn't it true that you want Kimerales block because you want to create another?
As Empire has stated:
Reminder: creating MORE that three characters (main + two extra that follow special rules) is NOT allowed.
Blocking one char to create another one instead is prohibited.

Kimerales is still active even if you dont play it anymore. It's still playable because it's not blocked yet.
Therefore, you have violated the rules for multichars. Unknowingly or knowingly it doesn't matter. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse to break it. |
