I guess you still don't see the problem with your thinking. This is about the spirit the rules. You are just widely interpreting the rules to not follow them.
Here's how there's no proof according to your way of thinking:
1. if you pay someone else to do it, it is still your fault because if you didn't order the killer, then the person who got killed would he still alive
I didn't transfer them the money to kill someone. It was a gift.
2. A gun cannot shoot by itself. You are the one that pressed the trigger and shot the person.
There's no proof that I intended to kill the person. Just like the gifting if someone won the tourny. You didn't prove that I was trying to kill someone. I was only testing the gun.
3. If YOU give them too much medicine, then YOU are responcible.
Again, not trying to kill someone. I just happened to shove too many pills down their throat.
4. If you run them over in the middle of the road, where pedestrians are not aliases to cross the road, then it is not your fault. You will not! Be in any trouble for this.
Yep; doesn't matter if I run them over in the street, at the crosswalk, or on the sidewalk. This is like certain high profile russian officials who got away with running people over. It is the pedestrian fault for running into their cars and damaging the paint job.
I hope I've shown you that getting absolute is not only impossible, but ridiculous. I never break the rules. I never did anything illegal. But I am not stupid, if I ever NEED to do something that involves a loophole, I will, because it is not illegal. But this certain one I am not interested in, why would I give anyone a gift? I work hard for my gold. | for Pantheon:
You are wrong again.
1. Doesn't matter about transfering the money or gifting it, you are the one that placed an order to have a certain person killed.
2. + 3. No matter if you intended to kill the person or not, the point is YOU KILLED HIM, if you are a doctor, you will either have your medic license taken away, since you can't even give a person the right amount of pills, or you will go to jail (depends on what the jury decides) but you WILL be punished for ignorance. As for the gun example, You were not using the weapon properly/safely it is your fault.
4. If you run them over on the road, not guilty. If on the crosswalk/sidewalk then you are guilty. Of course like you said, the crooked officials overlook this kind of stuff ESPECIALLY in Russia. Trust me.. I AM Russian. But right now we are talking about regular citizens/humble lwm players and the consequences from the government/admins.

Also, I understand that this game has a monarchy, and whatever the admins want to do, they can do it. BUT if they did whatever they wanted and (like you said) penalized players without proof, then I would leave this game, and tell all my friends to do it, and tell all their friends, because penalizing players without proof is absurd and incorrect. Like Stalin when he killed millions of people without proof when he was just afraid to be overthrown.
Are you threatening Admins and LWM? | Pantheon first example is perfect, there is no difference between his example and yours. Let's see how you might be convicted if you paid to have someone killed:
1) You transferred hit man a large amount of money, and XXX person has been killed.
2) You were "linked" by a motive to kill XXX.
3) There is no other reason to transfer the money.
Now maybe this might not be enough for a trial, but at the very least it can lead to an arrest, warrants, and a bunch of other legal stuff. The standard of proof you need to be convicted of murder is very high, i.e. it must be ALMOST certain (certainty is impossible as others have said).
Now for this case:
1) You transferred some gold.
2) You were "linked" to him by winning a combat or tournament or something like that (and there are no other links).
3) There is no other reason to transfer the gold.
Here, the standard of proof is much lower, since the punishment is not severe. So, you only need to be "quite certain". So, I believe the admins are completely within their rights to punish you just given this information.
