Grand update 1 and 2 ruined the game :((( |
This game needs something like this:
https://www.lordswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=1906115
It should like this: the more you play (i.e. fight) the more you have gold
Not like this: the more you fight the less gold you have |

Thanks for this great game, Admins :) Congratulations on running a successful operation for 3+ years. |
oops, forgot to thank the admins :) |
"Congratulations on running a successful operation for 3+ years."
Do u really think it was successful?just some of us love this game, thats why its still alive.now at peak hours its very hard to reach even 800 players.if u think its a success to loose players thats good.
Lots of my friends left.Lots of high level players left just because it became boring.
This game actually deserves to get some award or something, instead now we r shortage of players.what a fate..
Anyway still thanx admins for starting these project,i am here for 2 years(my first account got blocked). And it was really a nice time in lordswm. |
800 is a mere no. it means nothing to me as 90% of players just do their own business(hunts,mg). they don't interact with others through duels and gb. so they don't matter at all and u r left alone.
u r right about people leaving game coz it gets boring but its not completely admin's fault. its their own. i seriously don't get it y people refuse to fight?
is it fear of losing? |
Elf_89 try placing spaces after punctuation marks, your spiel is annoying to read. Also try to spell all your words...
It's a success. It is not a commercial project. Losing players? Boo hoo. Most of my friends are still here. :) The game is still as good as it ever was. New content added recently proves it will be here for a while yet. |
Sorry my mother tongue isn't English, and I use spoken english.so maybe some mistakes.
Its not a success mate.after 3 years, its almost where it was.yeah, the game itself is good, but admin took very little steps to develop it.actually i dont need to talk much.just compare with .ru.thats also free.everyday u will see something new,and thats how online games suppose to move.
and try to reasonable.Boo Hoo isnt any answer.the fact is,yes we r losing players.we r not gaining. |
This is a great game, but there can be more every faction events, because to increase a faction statistics they increase low factions, they introduce events in that.i don't like that.So need to do events of all factions in cycle progress. In any ways, great game admins! |

Agreed,itisreallyannoyingtoreadtextwithoutspaces:) |

You actually gave the answer to the problem.
So basically, you are saying only about 10% interact with others through duels and GBs
So 10% of 800 and 10% of say 2000 is more than DOUBLE the number of players doing PvPs.
The Other Side have about 15,000 during peak hours. Do they all do PvPs? NO. The percentage is pretty much like here - about 10%. But 10% of 15,000 is ** 1500 ** players doing PvPs !
So while it's a GREAT game, it has not even remotely lived up to its potential. A game like this have 800 during peak hours? Seriously? I can name 100s of online game who is not even half as good as this one who has 1000s online at any one time.
The framework of a great game is ALREADY in place. All we need is some PERSISTENT CONSISTENT effort (whether it's more active admins/coders, advertisements, players bringing in fresh blood etc) to really fulfill the true potential of this game.
From what I have observe, I have seen many went "Sigh, so little online", but how many of these players actually make the effort to bring in new players? And I don't mean bring in a few friends here and there. I mean REAL effort..
Admins most certainly should do their part to increase the numbers, but... so should us players. |
for Jedi-Knight:
Agreed totally.
I think the very problem is the very initial stages of the game. There are thousands of people that judge a game just by how the registration link looks like.
And out of the ones that even bother to register and move ahead, half of them leave the game when they see the very first interface of the game (The non battle interface) and hardly expect that there are some intense battles in this game.
The only thing I don't get is, people prefer having virtual pets rather than doing virtual battles requiring brains . . . =P |
need more advertisement:)

^^ Great product, definitely and with some reasons, poor distributions. |
I have heard that ubisoft has something against advertising, this is after all a (good) copy of HoMM V |
How about admins just let us know whats going on? especially with ubisoft. Why they have to keep us in the dark all the time? I mean google translated russian gibberish is better than nothing. who agrees? |
