2) It's the players who control the prices of TGIs, not the admins. As long as TGI resellers keep up their work, their prices will keep increasing. Personally, I want to sell my TGI for as low as possible when I finally get it. I know how difficult it is to get a TGI :)
P.S. Having a TGI isn't necessary to play the game. It is a luxury, and not something to ABSOLUTELY MUST have :)

absolutly wrong. it is forbidden to sell TGI for 200'000 gold for example, it has a rule about it. see? even you can get blocked easily. it has hundrets of rules. ;)

and well Swichblad3, if you know anything better, tell me why there are no more players and not really new ones. ?

^.^
7) AFK players are punished for their lack of sportsmanship (as long as it was deliberate) and if you want to fight in GBs where all the players are present then pm players you know beforehand to plan the GB. There are ways to weed out afk players.

no you cant...and i also said its not possible to play fair GB cause of AP.
So many types of GB and so many rules, but no way to make a fair GB....its a shame.

Absolutely not wrong actually. Back when leasing TGI was available and number of TGI's available was much higher I bought mine for about 300k. Market price is defined by supply and demand.
min cost for TGI is 1,080,000 if seller is level 6
it decreases by 20,000 for every level under that

Even though players don't have total freedom over setting the minimum price of a TGI, we are still in control over the actual price of TGIs. If players wanted to, they could sell TGIs for atleast 200k less than what the current market price is.

If your statement about TGIs costing a minimum of 200k is right, then you just proved my point. It's the players themselves who are selling the TGIs for 800k more than they could sell it for. So yes, I stand by what I said. Players do control the price of TGIs.

@ Redh
If you set up a GB for the public and hope that other players join, then yes, there's a very good chance that a player shows up who doesn't respect battle description or goes afk. Lately, I've taken to pm-ing a few other players whom I know like to PvP before I set up a GB. I've never experienced bad sportsmanship in one of these battles. And I don't see why you can't do the same when the alternative is worse :)

So many types of GB and so many rules, but no way to make a fair GB....its a shame.
"No way to make a fair GB"...I'm sorry but I don't understand what you mean by that. A GB where all the players are the same level and all have same AP is about as fair as it can get :/
The problem with TGI price is they are with resellers and due to the difficulty in reaching TG 5 . Admins themselves dug their grave by this update. They forgot they depend on the place where they dropped nuke. This discouraged my donators.Their main advantage with spending on diamond was that they could sell TGI for huge profit. But it is very difficult to reach TG 5 . Many donars feel 80 diamond isn't worth thatmuch. So num of TGI is decreasing in the server I think.

well you broke the rule then, i hope you dont get blocked. but you could

but they mostly dont have same AP...
by the way its also forbidden to gift TGI, for free i mean. and also to set a too low price.

see thats the point i meant. Erekose and SwichBlad3 you didnt even know this rule^^

please dont tell things you have no idea about, thanks.

3.15.1. Rare trophies, Thief invitations, etc. transferred as gifts are valued at market price at the time.
3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month.

So technically (unless a new rule has been formed that I know nothing about) you CAN gift someone a free TGI as long as you've bought atleast a 100 diamonds through donations (your level also takes plays a role in the amount you can gift) based on current market price.

And when Erekose bought his TGI the average market price was 300k for one, so he didn't break any rules either. The market price for a TGI has changed drastically over time, so you have to take that into account too.

By the way, that was yet another example of how players control the TGI prices. True, admins have recently set a minimum selling price on the TGIs but it's the players themselves who are selling them for a lot higher than this set minimum price.

but they mostly dont have same AP...
Then ask all your teammates before you make the battle to join the battle with the proper set amount of AP. Having fair battles will be hard for lower levels because there are a lot of careless players there. But as you increase your level this becomes less and less apparent. there are even clans devoted only to GB battles. If you join one of them I'm sure you'll find some good battles in your future :)
i can think what i want. its my right to dislike it as it is your right to like.....
That's true. We're all entitled to our own opinions :)
If you want to think GBs are unfair, you have every right to.

I was merely correcting some incorrect information you gave about the rules regarding TGIs.
no, your information is wrong, mine is right. its NOT allowed to sell TGI at any price you want or even for free. thats what i said and it is a rule, if you like it or not!

and of course admin make it more expensive by remove TGI as a reward for reaching TG2...

sorry but its not really difficult to understand this :/
I hope a moderator will soon step in and clarify.

Unless there's a hidden TGI rule that I'm not aware of, your statement here "its NOT allowed to sell TGI at any price you want or even for free. thats what i said and it is a rule, if you like it or not!" goes directly against the game rule as seen here:

With enough diamond donations under your belt, you can donate a Thief invitation based on the market price. And like I mentioned previously, the market price for TGI keeps fluctuating.
no advertising at all

owners have enough from Russian server (15-20k online). they don't care about this one.
nothing new in the game;hard to find hunting help,so less hunt;hard to earn gold, and low players numbers so less gb;no admin;no update;no advertising;TG is in quite high price for low level players; and etc.

even now i am more interested in heroeswm.ru because it doesnt have any of this conditions here.
The minimum amount of gold you can sell a TGI for is 700k. There was a case where a seller sold for 100k by accident instead of 1kk on the market, and the person who bought it was fined the excess amount. In the transfer log, it was said that the min cost of a TGI was 700k gold.

Technically, you could gift a TGI if you had enough diamonds, but that would require about 4000 diamonds! So for all intents and purposes, you can't gift a TGI.
Thanks a lot qulows :)

See SwichBlad3, i was right!
well you broke the rule then, i hope you dont get blocked. but you could

Lol. Market price back then (2009) was 300-400k.

There is no minimum amount of gold, just supply and demand. And the price of TGI's won't drop ever since there are not many left around.
This topic is long since last update and considered obsolete for further discussions.
