I read that as the number of bans being minimal and not the length or severity of bans being mimimal.
Good thing I haven't been posting in the trade section for many months. I'll let others test the shark infested waters. :) |

There have been new rules published for each section of the Trade forums. They will take effect on December, 4th; until that time rule enforcement will be minimal.
Please familiarize yourself with the new rules. Regardless whether you are a dedicated trader or a one-time client, posting in Trade forums must now strictly obey the local rules together with the global forum rules.
I believe the ones that are closed are those that were created AFTER the new rules were published, as posting in Trade forums must now strictly obey the local rules together with the global forum rules.
Those that were created before the new rules were published have until 4th Dec to conform to the new rules, or they will be locked. |

All we have is what Kiskoko said and what is on .ru.
We have no definite news when the rent shop (if ever) is coming.
