Do I have to register my brother in "registry office" anyway?
The registrating of relationship in the "registry office" has nothing to do with real life ones. It's just another in-game feature.
Example: I can even register you as my 'Wife' and thus, me your 'Husband' if we both agree on it. :) | OK, I understand it now. That is all that I wanted to know.
