there is more to this bug
i just completed one of these quests about 13 hours after starting it and got a reward at the guild, i'm fairly sure i must've ran out of time
so it seems also the timelimit is broken

| In a necromancer, dark elf conspirator quest i encountered vampiric lizards. Is it possible that they decided to take the two factions and not only have their creatures appear but mix some of them as well? Vampiric lizards seem to fit a mix between liz cavalry and vampires, although it would more closely match giant lizards and vampires.. |

As we can see, many people has found this problem during conspirators MQ's. I was playing this:
