Yep - considering Balalayka got his results with only a SINGLE battle as each faction his ranks are exceptional.
Admittedly that at higher levels it is harder as you cant have enough fsp to compete with others who concentrate on just 1 faction. It was also against a decent number of people for his level so no easy winds there.
